Overview
XDS Commercial, a division of 100% black-owned credit bureau Xpert
Decision Systems (XDS) provides a range of innovative commercial
supplier and debtor administration products and services across
various industry sectors.
Our mission is to minimise your credit risk, supplier risk, increase
collections, reduce fraud and maximise relationships with clients
and suppliers.
Many South African companies struggle to meet and maintain
compliance to legislation and corporate governance due to the high
volume of company and legal entity changes. An average of 4400
auditors, 8380 directors updates and changes are made weekly at
CIPRO and 4480 new registrations are made at CIPRO every week. This
excludes the administration of deregistered companies and the update
of VAT numbers, BBEEE certificates and Tax clearance certificates
for customers and suppliers. Every year the burden becomes more for
companies to ensure accurate customer and supplier data. At XDS we
provide an integrated solution that supports our customers and
partners with business credit management. |
